Dragonoids are part of the native fauna of Nuerth. They are hexapodal, endothermal vertebrates, with the second pair of limbs modified (in most species) into wings. They range in size from chrrippians (about the size of house cats) to enormous fighting dragons, big enough to carry a human rider.
Major groups of dragonoids include the flying dragons (microdragons such as chrrippians, as well as mesodragons and megadragons), the flightlless dragons (hydroxylouses and their allies), and the swimming dragons (sea serpents and their allies).
