Granite turtles are dragonoids creature that look like terran tortioses. They live underground in the Dwarvish mountains digging holes. They dig like a woodpecker, except rock instead of wood. Many of the tunnels that other creature use are made by them. They consume granite to make their shells, and they are the only creature besides a dwarf with a pick to be able to break down a dwarvish door.
